Kandoo Refund & Return Policy

At Kandoo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we’re here to help. This Refund & Return Policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges work on our platform.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

Items Must Be:

  • In their original packaging

  • Unused and in resellable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)

  • Digital goods and downloadable content

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items


3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos of the damage

  • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Go to Your Orders in your Kandoo account

  2. Select the item you want to return

  3. Choose a reason and follow the return instructions

  4. Print your return shipping label

Note: Return shipping may be free for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, shipping fees may apply.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Late or missing refunds: If your refund hasn’t posted after 10 business days, please:

  • Check with your bank or card issuer

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:
